POLICIES

TSEC does not provide first bedding, and no outside bedding is allowed (bedding deliveries made during our office hours 8am-4pm M-F)
No generators allowed
Grounds fees are not an allowable charge by Show Management unless agreed upon by Facility Management
Show Management responsible for collecton of ALL Stall and RV fees and stall locks
No overnight tie-outs allowed; attendees must rent stalls
Concessions provided by Tri State Exhibition Center (other food vendors require Tri State Concession contract)
Trash cans and liners provided and emptied by TSEC as needed
Lighting 1 hour pre- and post-show included (Additional time @ $50/hour)

Full policies of TSEC are included in our final event rental contracts, and are available upon request.
